We are excited that you have chosen to participate in our 2nd annual Survivor Challenge Hike-a-thon on October 16, 2010.

This year we have new challenges as we hike 2-3 miles through the San Bernardino National Forest. It is sure to be a great time for all participants.

Registration Fee:

• $100 For a team of 2-4 (team Event) ***$80 Early Bird by Sept 30***
• $12 Junior (12-16 accompanied by an adult) *** $10 Early Bird by Sept 30***
• $25 individual (single adult Event) *** $20 Early Bird by Sept 30***
